    The Cheapest Computer in the World 

    Cheapest computer that function well is what people desire. No matter what brand of the computer it is as long as it works well and give more option to best work with programs, multimedia, hardware, connectivity then people will tend to use it more and more.

    While doing the research, I found several interesting cheapest computer on listed bellow. I haven’t done a deep research about its price but through its surface as I discovered, I think it could be consider as the cheapest computer though.

    Here, there are 6 types of cheap computer.

    1. Norhtec’s MicroClient JrSX  Price: $85
    2. Norhtec’s New MicroClient  Price: $250
    3. One Laptop Per Child’s XO  Price: Around $176
    4. The Zonbu  Price: $99 plus $11.95 monthly fee, or $249
    5. Microtel’s MCS7001  Price: $219 after $50 rebate
    6. Everex IMPACT  Price: $299

    Do you think these are the cheapest one or you know different one that is much more cheaper than this one?

      Maybe useful but I don’t have any ideas how it is like too though. I saw One Laptop Per Child in Cambodia before but they are not selling it here.

    Personally, I would choose macbook. There are so many interesting thing about macbook including the slice style, design, tools and more.

    Cisco to Organise Asia Pacific Skills Competition Over Powerful Collaborative Platform With Cisco TelePresence and Cisco WebEx 

    The purpose where i can see is they want to help students to develop valuable information and communications technology (ICT) skills for increased access to opportunities interrelated curriculum at school. Competing for the first time is Cambodia, where the inaugural Cambodia NetRiders 2008 competition.

    By doing this it will provide huge assistant to student to improve their study at school and university where it links to more knowledge as it could extend them.

    What to Expect from 1st Barcamp Phnom Penh? 

    What is barcamp? It is still strange to me even though i heard it a few months till now. According to wikipedia the barcamp is the type of conference that open to participate from various background of interest and the discussion is provided by the participants.

    The first time Barcamp in Phnom Penh will be held on Septemter 20, 2008 at the CJCC where aim to meet up with computer geeks and non-tech to attend this event. If you are curious to know what’s going on then it is time for you. Everyone is encourage to join and it is free.

    The last update that i read on the barcamp wikipedia today has many interesting topic to learn. I recommend you to find out more from the suggest topics to learn more and to post the suggestion if you feel like to share something to our friends and learners. About 30 topics are in the row now. I want to learn it all but i don’t know how to fit my self to all of these topic yet. Yeah, i’m sure it’s gonna be fun.

    Somewhere else where you can see people talk about barcamp phnom penh like barcamp phnom penh wiki, global voice briefing barcamp phnom penh, flickrphotosharing of barcamp, barcamp phnom penh on khmeros, google group for barcamp phnom penh, the idea to setup the first barcamp in phnom penh arise, and vutha reminds people to join the first barcamp in phnom penh.

    Great Composition of Computer Generation 

    Crazy Computer Generation

    This is a really great composition of technology shot with the mister doggy trying to find out what is in the computer and surfing the internet generation online. A fancy guy doggy with a laptop make a very fantastic generation show of technology.

    I sometime hard to control myself not to laugh at this type of picture. Creative and works best for entertainment purpose. The crazy fancy technology! The point that i like most is the animal can focus their eyes on the unknowns…etc.

      That is funny doggy typing laptop. If animal likes technology, the human being have to start to use it for their own benefit. Hahahaha, I now try to keep pace with the technology even thought i have no background of ICT but i like to use it.

    Smarter Communication Tools 

    For individual who learned and grow in various background, how would you define the smart deal of communication. I personally guess, i learn different things from you and probably similar to you. The place where i lived in the past is very isolated from modernity and technology.

    You can imagine if you are in a rural area at the countryside where you experience with. Not many things that you can access to like education, food, cloth, and other materials. That is where i came from. I used to follow the old moto of that days and just smell it from the ground. Nice ashame revealing myself haha.

    Now, then back to our topic. What i think the smart tools are like computer, telephone, internet, money machine, calculator. The transmission of the technology is very fast and i can’t imagine that i would be able to use computer when i heard about computer during my high school year. That’s my eager. And i said to myself hey you will see it sometime in your life and now amazing i can touch it and use it as well. How awesome is the world.
