Phnom Penh now has been developing to be a modern and large city!
What the important advantages will provide to Cambodian people? If we compare Phnom Penh city with cities of neighboring countries in the world, we will understand that Cambodia seem not progressives as those cities yet. Because the city of those counties is very modern with large area and there are many high buildins with modern style and also good infrastructures as in Kaula Lumpur city (Malaysia), Singapore (Singapore), Bangkok (Thailand), and other countries in the world. The increasing of high property price resulted from the development of those countries such as: land price in Bangkok (Thailand) is now US$ 20,000.00 per Sqm. and other similar price as Kaula Kumpur city (Malaysia), Singapore (Singapore), and also Saygone (Vietnam).
Why property price of those countires is so high? Whether property price in Cambodia will increase the same those countries or not? City of those countries has been growing because of the development and construction for a long century. The economic of those countires have mostly progressed such as: commercial, industrial, and tourist field and others.
The Kingdom of Cambodia is not mean that no progressive. Cambodia prides itself which government can lead and develop in a short time, as a matter of fact, it is not longer than three decades Cambodia has flourished in many fields such as: commercial industrial, agriculture, tourism and others, that’s why the price of property has increased in the commercial area of Phnom Penh between US$4,500.00 - 6,000.00 per Sqm. For Laos, land price is between US$2,500.00 - 3,000.00. With attention of the Royal Government of Cambodia in developing of country, Cambodia has been increased many fields such as: tourist, industrial, agriculture, investors from many countries and expanded as city of neighbor countries in the world. The Royal Government of Cambodia more and more. So in the future Phnom Penh will be developed and expanded as city of neighbor countries in the world. The Royal Government of Cambodia has has planed to expand Phnom Penh city to offer of these demands. High demand of land, commercial building and other construction resulted from these factors and the property price is also incrasing.

Unused plot of land in Phnom Penh have been filled in and high building is booming as well.
