My Reading Journey

Carpe DiemAs often i spend a lot of time reading through different books and novels to discover new thoughts and resources as well as new knowledge and news surround me. It was such a cool time for me as i spend more and more time to focus on reading. It even inspires me in particular job and benefits me as i can share more experience and ideas to whether apply it at the informal talk or at work.

I found reading is a great resource of knowledge where i can say i love reading and nothing about knowledge but reading. Even though there are different ways that people can learn to benefit from their surrounding atmospheres but for me it is the way i learn to discover and understand new things through reading.

However, reading alone cannot fill up all the needs or to be use in anyway. I remember one of my teacher at school said in a short sentence that ‘Reading will guide you do your job better’, i acknowledge it as it will help and benefit to the time that reflex when facing at the particular time of work.

In the past few days, my friends had just given me to find out about this book that the title is “Carpe Diem“, the interesting one where in summary publisher says:

Take a traveler as reluctant as Anne Tyler’s accidental tourist and add the number of misadventures found in The Out-of-Towners, and you have the recipe for Cornwell’s hilarious, adventure-packed first novel. Valedictorian hopeful Vassar Spore has her summer all planned out when her bohemian grandmother somehow blackmails her Type A parents into letting her take Vassar backpacking through Malaysia, Cambodia and Laos. So instead of enrolling in AP courses in summer school, Vassar finds herself hiking through jungles with Grandma Gerd and an Asian cowboy chaperone, and battling food poisoning, venom-carrying critters and primitive tribes (one of which holds Vassar hostage).
