The Kindom of Cambodia has been developing step by step to a progressive economic! Tourist have increased every year in 2007, the increasing of tourist is nearly 2,000,000.00. It is not only increasing of tourist but also investor from many countries to invest in Cambodia. Among those, we see that real estate field strongly flourish. Investment of investor-locally as well as internationally in real estate field in Cambodia it is not only gained economic of the Kingdom of Cambodia but also leaded Phnom Penh city to a beauty with modern buildings, apartments and high technology, step to a progressive country.
According to the researching to customers, high building was recently build up, it is interested from most customers in local but some customers is not interested, they think that “Purchasing of independent property for their living is better than that high building” because in Cambodi there are many vacant lands and it is still low price. Living in high building because of no choices, the reason is in some countries there are not many vacant land for building of villa or flat to independent living.
On the other hand, Royal Government of Cambodia has planed to develop and expand Phnom Penh City and in the suburb area has many project of construction. Phnom Penh city, hight building and apartment in Phnom Penh city has been build up by many investors and it has been expanding to the suburb such as: accommodation building, enterprises, factories…etc. They will expand Phnom Penh city to be a large area, that’s why the property price has increased popularly.
