Learn to Cook Healthy Food

When I first discovered Samahria Ramsen’s “Romancing the Stove” recipes I felt tremendously empowered...It is good to learn to cook the healthly food so whenever you hungry you can make your own favorite healthly food at all time. I just feel like lazy to learn sometime but desire to eat the good food which everyone wants it too. ;)

In Cambodia, we have many different type of food which most of them are my favorite. According to my observation most cambodian can cook food since they learn to cook it since they are young age from their family members. Eating good food is good for our physical health.

    Home cooked meal is much safer than those in restaurant and food stalled in public places, of course, is more tasty if the right spices and method of cooking is done right.

    Cambodia has veriety of fresh vegetables and meats which make cooking much more easy.

    Healthy eating and regular exercise can help us a lot in term of physical well being and avoid certain element illness cause by junk food which tends to put us on heavy side of the scale [gain or over weight - causing diebetes, hypertension Etc..]

    Just out side the note, can you suggest me any web hosting as I plan to have a private web site rather than using the free one

    Well, talking about fresh vegetable then it is my favorite. My eating time is very regular except when i travel. Doing exercise is not what i can do regularly at all. Hope to improve it better.
