In 2005, Ponleu Ney Kday Sangkhum began the imple-mentation of a five-year community development assistance project in Kampong Speu province, called Somleng project. Page 2

Commune Council Support Project (CCSP) organized on August 20, 2007 a seminar in Kampong Cham province on the topic, “Social Accountability”. Page 4
