Cleft Lip Operation Blessing Cambodia
CBN Cambodia is doing its work in supporting the development of Cambodia by helping the poor people to raise their living standard with drilling wells for rural area and do the operation of cleft lips and goiter for those who born with these these cases.
Children or people with cleft lip will face a lot of problem with their beauty in public and it is hard for them to have a proper communication because they are shy when poeple see them with cleft lips. But CBN Cambodia help with this by offering a free operation to them and give them hope so they can have a beautiful smile. Just as you can see in the picture before the operation, this little girl has a cleft lip and we know her difficulties and contact her parents and brought her to do the operation in Phnom Penh.
One day Mrs. Lina took her child to offer medicine in local health center near her village, she heard CBN’s cleft lip project in poster. This brought new hope to Mrs. Lina and Sina. Sina met CBN staff, and they arranged an operation for her in hospital.After meeting with the doctor, now she has a beautiful smile. Life settles back to normal as other people. Today a little girl, Sina has a new smile. Her parents and grandma are very happy for her.
