Lately Meas Soksophea is winning many hearts of her supporter and gaining even more support because of her sweet music. She is one of the many pop singer that have a sweet voice especially for her sentimental songs. I also like to listen to her music.

Recently, some of her picture kissing lip to lip was on the news, however, she apologized to her supporters and she is still a pop singer for this generation. Wish she with even more success in her life.

Her voice is not so bad. in the previous months, she was under fire from her fans when they saw pic of her with a man from abroad. Even though, her popularity is not down.

    Care about breaking traffic rules?

Those who never care about breaking traffic rules on the road in Phnom Penh city. Now they are becoming weird people to stop on the strip and crossing the road while the red light is functioning.

    traffic cambodia

Unlike in the past those who stop and respecting the traffic rules are weird. Now no more. Only small group of people are aggressive and not respecting the rules.

Kampot – “Land of Relaxing Places”

Woke up in the early morning in Phnom Penh is not an easy job to do, but to make a great time have to be ready by 6:00am sharp to departure to Kampot province aimed to visit Kep Province and Water fall.

Driving from PP along national road no.2 crossing Takmao and passed by Takeo province was such a great and wonderful time with family. For 3 hours, we didn’t close our eyes because we didn’t want to miss any of the view along the road and especially when we almost reach Kep. The mountain sites really make a great attraction, so we stopped to take some nice picture before we continue our trip toward Kep resort.

God gives Cambodian such a beautiful land for its people to enjoy all kind of natural resources where most part of the world don’t have it. That’s why “We are proud to be born as Cambodia!”

Former Kampot province, now Kep become  a province which sometime people still not getting use too with this new term yet. The first impression when you reach Kep is to stop for awhile to get some yummy seafood first before continue to a resort place where you can rest and enjoy swimming.

Seafood in Kep is the best seafood in Cambodia since it’s all fresh. Crab is known to be the best in Kep where people like to buy kilos of crab whenever they make a visit to. I also like to eat crab and really miss it again when talking about it.

After buying some seafood we continue to a resort place where we arrange for lunch and then swimming, taking some pictures. I’m sure you guys who have been there really miss this place and especially for those of you who live in other countries. Make a visit sometime soon and I advice not to miss this place in life.

After all we rest a bit and then leaving for water fall at 1:30pm and we reach the water fall at 2:10pm. There we ate again talking, chitchat and then swimming in a very cool water falling from the mountain site. What makes you love this place because of the surrounding area are all tree and rock with a cool water to enjoy. 1 hour swimming for me is not enough yet but time went by to we had to hurry came up. We ate again with some durren too.

Water fall or Kampot durren is the best durren in asia. I don’t know if any other part of the world have such a nice flavor of durren like in Kampot durren. I bet no.

By 4pm we departed back to PP. A long the way we still talk about these wonderful places even though the road is a bit bumpy and wavy because they are fixing and expanding the road to make it bigger. I’m sure by next year we can drive on this good road to visit Kep and Water fall and even Boukor mountain site, I guess.

Kep province will be the potential beach for local and international travelers. I always visited there many times but I never slept there.

    StarBucks in Phnom Penh Real?

    Starbucks logo
    Image via Wikipedia

The other day, I can’t remember well though, however I got a coffee there with my friends but not a strong one anyway as I am not a coffee lover. My question is whether starbucks is real or not? Does anyone out there can tell?

I saw the sign with their logo on the ground floor of the gym club building along Sihanouk Blvd, opposite of Mobitel building. They have a nice place in there, It is just I don’t like the way people smoking there in the coffee place. How bad the smell of the smoke!!! And it’s very dangerous too as I am a secondhand smoker who don’t smoke but breathing the smoke it. Should put a sign “No Smoking” in that coffee place. Anyway…

If you went or tried it already or plan to go there in the future don’t forget to come back and tell me whether this starbucks is real flavor. I’m not a coffer drinker so I have no ideas but just wondering to check it out.

Since, I don’t know any other starbucks existed, I assume that this is the only place in town where people can enjoy coffee and other drinks from starbucks.
