Ministry of Health is taking very strong initiative to prevent people from affecting the H1N1 during this 3 days water festival. I pray that people will be safe not affecting any diseases or flu especially H1N1.

I hope people will also know how to protect themselves from H1N1 and taking care for their family member to help stop H1N1.

I don’t think any injury but backpain

Often I have a bad backpain which I cannot stop it. It forces me to take the pain killer as it happens and this is the choice I have to make. No other choices.

It is not that I don’t care about it, actually I try to do exercises in the morning and after work in the evening but it can’t help. Sometime, it is getting worse because of doing exercises.

Hot water can make some relief of my back pain but not always. Now it becomes a regular pain for me to get use to it and just smile. lolz but pain yes.

I am seeking to see many doctors but it still cannot help and I also consult with the Vietnamese doctor in Vietnamese. The doctor said that because I have high uric acid in my blood. Eating also can cause the uric acid goes up.

With all these, I have to carefully sit, walk and eat. You know how annoying it is painful back pain. Imagine

Sitting in front of computer too long – Getting tired and exhausted

After a long day working in front of computer for these few days, I felt very exhausted and have no energy at all. I understand sitting to long working in front of computer can be very dangerous but I don’t know why I am very addicted with my work. Actually, it is not addicted i guess. It is just my habit that I don’t want to stand up and walk away to see some nature and get back to work.

healthyAnd because of this laziness, It happened to me that these few days I am getting very tired and have no more brain to think or to process at work. It is now brain dump.

The only thing can can help is to stay away from light, especially from the computer screen because my eyes are getting tired. I am advised that to close my eyes for awhile or try to gaze to different thing like nature or tree or green stuff. Not to just focus on the computer screen alone, it is not good at all for your health. Of course, i feel it many time that I look at the computer screen too much :( So I have to relax now…

When i am at office, I always stay in front of computer for long time as well. Sometimes, it hurt my back and make me exhausted as well. That is good that we should not sit long time.

What should the mother with baby in the womb have to do

I read this health topic from veticar.com website and just feel like it is very important for those who are not becoming a husband to your future wife, a husband to your wife, or a friend to your friends and you may benefit from this information to share with all of them.

“Is Insurance Worth Buying in Cambodia?”

Insurance is not so popular among people in Cambodia. Only businesses and not-profit organizations found to be clients to the Insurance Companies in PP.

Some other clients like for those who own a nice car, and it is an obligation to buy insurance for car. But it seems like the motorbike is not required to buy the insurance. And I don’t buy insurance for my motorbike too.

In order to buy the insurance, we have to think about a few things that need to compare first before getting the insurance right a way without any quotation or comparison.

    • Get quotation is the best way to compare the cost or premium cost
    • What are the benefit that the company offers
    • Check around if the company response well to deal with issue or accident that happened to their clients in the past.
    • Check if the company is trust-able

Anyone knows how many percentage of Cambodian using insurance for their health insurance, accident insurance and other type of insurance lately?

I’m sure for those who work for medium to big companies they have insurance for you and as well as most NGOs working in Cambodia.

From your point of view what is a better insurance company we should go with in this country?

H1N1 Spread around more in Thailand?

Just heard on the news a few days ago that the H1N1 spread around very fast and very dangerous in Thailand. And the hospital stop accepting new patient anymore because they don’t have enough space for treatment. Is it true everyone?

I also noticed in Cambodia people also affect with flue but not a kind of H1N1 flu. I had it too a few days ago. Luckily never met or talked to those who has H1N1 affected. Pray that people will be escape from this dangerous diseases.

Another poorly written article on Tippy Tom. He was 53 years old when he died. He was reportedly bisexual and HIV positive. He was definitely an alcoholic and homeless for the past 20 years in NYC. Opie and Anthony, through Keith the Cop, have had him on their show over the past 8-10 or so. He died on June 6 from an injury to his head and has been in a morgue since. Keith found him on or around July 25 and confirmed his death on July 26. His brother was on the show on the 26th and revealed that his gambling problem may have contributed to his homelessness; before then he was married with one kid and owned a window washing company. Rest in Peace, Golden Buns.
